About the Practice
Humans are multidimensional beings of energy and vibration. We each have a collection of unique natural frequencies and—like a musical instrument—our bodies fall out of tune through everyday use, stress, injury, emotional distress, and trauma. By employing long, stable tones from instruments like singing bowls we can entrain the body’s natural rhythms (primarily through the vagus nerve) out of fight-or-flight and into rest-and-digest.
I use Himalayan Singing Bowls to naturally bring the body back into harmony by using vibration to rebalance energy fields. The tones and vibrations from singing bowls activate the body’s relaxation response which leads to healing in the physical body, as well as the etheric and auric bodies.
